nothing wrong with your pre-flop play i think. the bet on the flop was a bit to low for me but reasonnable, i would of bet something like .75 to 1$. your turn bet was too low, i would of bet around...

i would of bet the pot to make him think that i want to force him out. if he's scared of the ace he will probably fold to any bet anyway but if he dont beleive you and call i think you can make more...

you should of raise on the turn, you have no reason to think he's playing a 45, maybe he's on a back door flush draw. you have to raise him on the turn not to let him see the river cheaply.

first i would of raise a bit more on the flop because of the small blind. on the flop i would push without hesitation. if your not affraid of the raiser(MP) on the flop then you have to re-raise him...

in this situation a would of called the river. your call on the turn makes no sens if you fold to the river. if he hit the king on the river well good for him but you have to call on a 5/1 pot. i...
