Re: How to play 77-1010 when there are 2-4 limpers

Re: WTF!? JJ facing 16BB raise.

I fold. Its early, the blinds are small, your M is above 15. He just raised 16 times the big blind and you have no read. You don't know if this is a begginner overbetting aces (like they tend too)...

Re: Collusion in poker - can it actually acomplish anything?

[ QUOTE ]

1.) The colluder only wins half as much (or 1/3, 1/4 etc.)with his winning hands. But he is still paying the full rake. ...

Re: PCA - KQs facing possible re-steal

I agree here. My thought process would be what can I be beating that can make that play. King Jack?, doesn't make it, unless he blew a gasket. With the size of your stack relative to the blinds...

Re: HELP !!!! How do people call this ????

Trapped

1. The correct way to play top pair with a straight draw is NOT TO OVERBET the pot by a factor of 4. A pot sized bet should be enough to get the player to fold if they are going to. If...

Re: NL players hold greater edge over lesser opponents than Limit players

I think its a very simple answer. Variance. In the long run, I would rather play no limit, and get all my money in when I have the best of it. The reason I stick to limit is because I don't have...
