Re: Live AK hand, flop decision. 3/5 NL
I call it.
We're ahead of KQ/Q9, and our hand will gamble well whatever happens or we're faced.
1.3:1 means we only need like 40% equity right? I can't see us not having this against this guy's...

Re: Flop Bet Sizing
School 2 for me, but i agree with lyric, switching to school 3 when faced w/ very bad player makes sense. They won't exploit the info you give anyway so why bother hiding it.

Re: 56s blind battle
I kinda like a preflop RR, a flop raise, a turn raise and, like jfish said, a river shove if deeper.
But your line looks good too. Have to fold river i believe though.

Re: i has a full house
Your hand could definately look like 88-22 due to preflop+turn if he doesn't know you.
Chance he's just zeebo'ing you with 88-JJ?
Chance of a busted flush draw? Probably very low
You're beat by...

Re: AQ deep vs river overbet
I do think it's a fold, and i don't see him having much else than a Jack. Of course in theory there's busted flush draw, but it's so unlikely he'd bet like that with them.
So, is it right to say...

Best river in the deck and best possible action by villain.
It's very tempting to value town his T9. I just don't think villain would check a flush/boat here really. But it's really thin, and we...

Re: Too thin value on river? NL1k
Pretty easy check if you think about it. It's a RR pot and he bet then called a turn raise. His range is pretty well defined toward AQ/AK/QQ+.

Re: Damned minraises !
He's not knowingly value raising any less than QQ (perhaps JJ at worst) imo. By the turn he should be expecting you to have KT+ a lot, and the occasional 2nd barrel/semibluff. So he probably expect...
