Why do you need a US address if you're not actually in the US? Just put the foreign address and don't pay any State tax until you return.

Maybe not. I'm sure not going to try. But dogs do mimic other dogs. More so for younger ones. Trainers of hunting dogs are careful not to let the ones in training around other dogs with bad...
