as a general rule in poker the hands are ranked according to how rare they are dealt. A flush is more rare than a straight so it is higher.

In holdem, omaha hi, and stud, this "rule" is broken...

if we get them both to put in two bets on the flop with overs, that's a bigger win than hoping they'll fold two overcards to a flop bet (which, btw, they wont). realize that they very often...

I was at the wynn for a week in july and 10/20 w/ half kill was going every day, the game was always great. surprisingly young (like avg ~65 including me)

2: dont check/raise, peel and see how he reacts on the turn. it's a dry board and he'll probably be honest on the turn. you may give him a free card but...
