how about 2nd house+2nd mortgage with 6 people paying 1k+ for rent to pay of that mortgage. 800k house mortgage at 30 years is what 3500$ a month? not to mention they are renting the other one out as well. He is going to be getting probably about 12k/month and have to pay about 7k/month for mortgages.
