What are your stats and image? Any reads on villain?

I usually 3-bet pf but when i do call preflop i play flop the same, but on the turn i fold unless i know villain has tendencies to overvalue his hands.

As played definitely fold river, without a strong read i assume this is a set or maybe oddly played AA/KK as some people tend to go out of their way to be tricky with those hands.
