Most likely: T9s, JT, QJ, KJ, AJ
Unlikely, but in his range: 88, 22

In any case, there's a few things about this hand I'd like to comment on:

1. Raise way more PF
2. This flop is one of the easiest pushes over

I think your range is too wide for villain here. He was like 2/32 VP$IP if that makes a difference. I agree bad pf raise and beautiful flop.

Well I doubt very much QQ-AA is in his range.

I further doubt that JJ is in his range, but this is certainly more likely than the above.

Of the TJ-AJ range, obviously AJ is the most likely, tapering off as you approach TJ. As for T9, he probably doesn't bet into this field with that hand.

Were you questioning pushing at this point in the hand or were you just trying to assign a range to Villain as an excercise? I'm confused of the purpose of this thread.

Either top pair or straight draw. There's enough money in the middle that I am pushing this and hoping rizzle comes along.

And if you ran into a set, well, that just sucks. I almost never worry about running into a set -- I see that as an act of God.

More for excercise purposes. I want to see what you guys are thinking in this situation.

Hmmm... I'm pushing this and hoping rizzle folds, but that's just me.

[/ QUOTE ] Do you mean that, if the villian has AJ or T9, you would still prefer that he fold? Or do you mean that you are just hoping that your hand is good?

Both, actually. But I was stressing the first point, really. I'd rather surrender some equity here for the sake of increasing my stack by about 50% without a showdown.
