Default Why Just Call?

Button stealer is a 61/24/1.0 bluffmonkey.
SB is a 20/15/3.0 aggroTAG.

FWIW, I planned on folding a non A, J, or Heart turn.

I would have probably capped preflop. Thhe tag knows that the button is a huge donk so he could be 3betting lighter than usual. AJs is a pretty good hand 3handed.

The postflop play looks nice. If you think the sb could very well have 88/TT/AT/A8s (and worse) and wont fold to your raise, you could throw a turn raise in, but if you dont know him that well then a call is zing.

Hey Our House,

I think there's a good case for capping preflop. Bluffmonkey is raising a really wide range here, and the TAG should be 3betting him lighter-than-usual.

Postflop I play the same.

Just out of curiousity, what do you do on the turn if bluffmonkey raises and TAG:
1) folds?
2) calls?

I am calling down in both the cases, is that bad?

I'n honestly not sure. I'm certainly showing down in both cases, but I was wondering if we can find a value 3-bet in there if we get Hu against the donk.

1) Happily call.
2) Reluctantly call.
