Wireless craps out on Stars

I have a Dell Inspiron E1705 with (as displayed in my device manager) an Intel PRO/Wireless 3945ABG Network Connection as my wireless network adapter. If I try to play more than 15 games on Pokerstars my network connection craps out. Anyway to fix this? Settings that may need to be changed? Any help would be appreciated.
