Beginner's question regarding nanolimits

Are 0.02/0.04 and 0.05/0.10 games beatable, people at PS seems to just play with any two hands and usually will draw out on you all the time, what limits did you guys start at?

Any tips for these tables? Many players play pretty loosely and are pretty passive. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. [img]/images/graemlins/frown.gif[/img]
