Default A few quick questions

Hello, I'm new to this board and looked at a few of the FAQ's and I still can't figure out some of these questions or what people are talking about on this forum. For example, when people discuss hands, what does

40/20/7 mean. I looked on poker tracker's screen shots to see what they mean, but I really don't understand what vol put $ in pot means. I looked at the poker tracker FAQ and Software FAQ section of this forum and have not found an answer. I'm hoping someone can tell me the meaning of these numbers. I need help interpreting the numbers like who is tight, or loose, or how I should play against someone with certain stats and what is a high or low number... I'm really clueless.

Also, when people say 10NL or 25NL, does that mean tables where the maximum buyin is that amount? Also, what is C-betting? I'm looking for a thread with all of these terms and can't really find anything. Thanks for the help.
