cant access AP's cashier

Im having an odd problem with Absolute's cashier screen. When I click to take me to the cashier, AP prompts me to install Adobe Flash (which I already have installed). I click to install it, and then the screen immediately goes to "Please wait while we take you to the cashier" where it remains indefinitely. Same thing happens if I click "Dont Install."
