Hand converter question

I have been trying to get the hand converter to work for me ( I play at Fulltilt ) at the Flop Turn River site and have had no luck - keeps saying wrong input or something to that effect - anybody willing to walk me through that process? Thanks for any help -

I'm not sure what you're doing wrong, but here is what I do:

1a. Open up the hand history window by clicking the "last hand" button on the page. Scroll through the hands until I find the hand in question.

1b. Open up the hand history window in poker tracker by clicking on the blue-linked game number for the hand in question.

2. Highlight ALL the material...every single character. On the keyboard, hit CTRL+C to copy the material.

3. At FLOPTURNRIVER, Click into the first large square text box which says Input: above it and has the button "Convert Hand" below it. On the keyboad, enter CTRL+V to paste the hand history into the box.

4. In the Format: drop-down menu, click the down arrow and select 2+2 Forums

5. Hit the "Convert Hand" button below the Input: box to convert it.. It will appear in the Output: box.

6. Click the "Select Output" button below the Output: text box to select the material.. Hit CTRL+C to copy the material.

7. Open up a new post on 2+2 and hit CTRL+V to copy the converted hand into the post (obviously in the text box labeled "Post").

That should be it.. if not, maybe you have something messed up with your browser..can't be sure myself.
