started with 33, now at final table with 7 players
UTG+1 is loose preflop and overly agressive on the flop (i.e.3x pot raises) and calling station for all ins. Blinds 600/1200 Chips: Hero = 5000 UTG+1 = 16000 Hero UTG dealt 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]7 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Hero calls UTG +1 calls Fold fold fold fold BB checks pot 4200 Flop:7 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]9 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]10 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Hero: All in thoughts? |

fold or shove pf (I'm shoving under most conditions here). The limp is really bad. With a 7k+ stack I'm folding here everytime (unless deep on a very tight table). Being that I'm about to hit the blinds and my stack is already below 5BB, but still has SOME FE (not much) I'm generally shoving.
As played flop is super standard. You're getting >2:1 and only a bigger dog vs sets and straights. |

nice pf limp. [/ QUOTE ] LOL _____________________________ what was your plan on that hand - limping with 4BB UTG is really bad poker. what would you do to a raise (call of course because of the pot odds.) if this limp makes it into a multiway pot (which is highly unlikely in this phase of a tournament) you don't get the value you need with suited connectors. either fold or shove this (shove here is borderline +EV). one important factor for shoving are the blinds (chip stack and player type). as played here the flop-shove was standard. |
