Default 2 sets, but ifeel uncomfortable

1. Villain is tag. His line is very strong on flop and i think he will very often c/r me with his str8. If i bet i commit myself to calling, should i just check?

Cryptologic
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $2/$5
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $536.65
UTG+1: $228
CO: $612
Hero: $600.95
SB: $466
BB: $711.50

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
<font color="#cc0000">UTG raises to $20</font>, UTG+1 folds, CO calls, Hero calls, SB folds, BB calls.

Flop: Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] ($82, 4 players)
BB checks, <font color="#cc0000">UTG bets $55</font>, CO folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $170</font>, BB calls, UTG folds.

Turn: 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($477, 2 players)
BB checks.

2. Villain is like 22/14 no history

CO: $469

Hero: $455
BB: $570

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is SB with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img]
UTG calls, UTG+1 calls, 2 folds, <font color="#cc0000">Hero raises to $30</font>, BB calls, UTG calls, UTG+1 calls.

Flop: 6[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($120, 4 players)
<font color="#cc0000">Hero bets $75</font>, BB calls, 2 folds.

Turn: 2[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($270, 2 players)

If i bet i commit myself to call vs his Flush, if i don`t bet i miss value and let him draw.
I think this hand is easier than the above one, but still i am not sure.

Both are really easy bet-calls imo.

in first hand i dont really see how he has a str8 as he prob doesnt raise K10/108 utg if he is a tag like you said.. I def go broke in both... shove 1st bet/call 2nd

He doesn't raise UTG, he calls from BB, so it isn't entirely impossible for him to have T8s or KTs. His line looks definately very strong, so I would probably check and reevaluate.

Definately bet big (for value and protection) and call a shove in the second hand, because people shove all kind of hands on boards like that.
