ugh
seems like my life has been on repeat for the past 2 weeks playing mtt sngs at full tilt. i play good poker until the bubble, get my money in good (and first) and get sucked out on. case in point: just played 4 sngs at full tilt in the past 2 hours got 1st in one bubbled in another when someone called with bottom pair on the flop and proceeded to turn two pair, calling 1/3 of stack on flop finished bubble + 1 losing a race, where i shove first and villain instacalls with QJ with no money in the pot and no pot odds except blinds (my shove was about 7X the bb) finished bubble + 1 when mp raises, i shove over the top like 4.5X initial raise and guy hits his 70/30 KQ vs AQ over my poker life i've experienced most of the bad beats there are to experience (ie postflop 2-outers multiple times in the same day) yet ive never been so frustrated as ive been the past couple of weeks with the amount i play, i expect to take a lot of bad beats but the past couple weeks have just been brutal. i feel like i'm losing 80% of the hands where i'm all in on the bubble and that i'm getting it in good 85% of the time, racing 10% of the time, and getting it in bad 5% of the time i'm actually proud that i'm almost even over the past couple weeks the way i've been running if anyone actually reads this, and suggests ICM push/call ranges, i understand them fairly well ugh shoot me just let it turn around |
