So i have alot of built up frustration and anger right now and dont know how to release it. How do you guys deal with alot of angry feelings?

every drink of gin i take i get madder and madder. Usually i get more relaxed. This worries me.

Do some exercise, either physical or mental. Do something to drain yourself and you'll be too tired to be mad anymore.
