Stacks:
BB - $52.65 Hero - $82.92 BB was passive last rounds of play.. dont remember his stats.. definitly looks like standart tight semi-agressive player on these limits.. Prima Poker skin No Limit Holdem Ring game Blinds: $0.25/$0.50 6 players Converter Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is UTG+1 with A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] UTG folds, Hero raises to $2, 3 folds, BB calls. Flop: 2[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($4.25, 2 players) BB checks, Hero bets $3.3, BB raises to $7, Hero calls. My thinking: Re-raise can scare him off, i choosed to call instead of re-raising him.. Board isnt drawy.. Can put him on hand like AQ or QQ only.. or complete bluff.. Turn: 9[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ($18.25, 2 players) BB bets $12, Hero raises to $27.12, BB folds. Uncalled bets: $15.12 returned to Hero. My thinking: This is time for reraise $25-$27 is the right amount of raise to let him go all-in. Results: Final pot: $42.25 But suddenly he folded... What i done wrong? Bet half of pot button insted of reraising him exactly $27. Or he is on complete bluff? Strange... |

Your line looks fine, sometimes I shove the flop but this is a perfect spot to let him hang himself on the turn.

Shove the flop is sick bad.
I sometimes just call the turn and push any river. If he is on a bluff let him continue, and there isn't really any draws on the flop he could be raising with. |

Eh, not against all villains, especially if there is a 3b shove history.
But yeah like 99% of the time this line is the only line. |

he could be on a complete bluff.
since you know your hands still good you could try to call the turn so he puts you on a dry ace and tries to push you off of it. Then come over the top of a river bet that will most likely commit him if he has a weak ace or two pair hands. Your raise on the turn shows a lot of strength after calling a c/r flop. i think even a min-raise will give away your hand. |

This looks fine.
I'd prolly just call turn. Then the pot would be 42 with 28 left so hopefully he takes anoither shot and pretty much committs himself. If not you can still push. |
