Pokerstars FPPs dealt or contributed?

Can't see anything on Pokerstars site that suggests FPPs are awarded for contributed hands only, but the PSO signup requires 250 base FPPs, awarded "when rake reaches $0.4 [lower limits] and player must see flop".

It isn't different, unless something changed in the last week or so. I'll give them the heads-up that the blurb is wrong on the PSO site.
