Six degrees of wikipedia seperation

The basic idea that any wikipedia page can be linked to another with no more than six hyperlinks.

The site allows anyone to test this idea, by putting in the names of two Wikipedia articles, and it will find the shortest path between them.

Yeah, that ruins it. Wikipedia is too needlessly structured.

How often do you read about your favorite unsigned blues saxophonist and think to yourself "Hey, what's this? Let's look at more living people"?
