Default NL100, flop bottom set on coordinated board

Assume no reads on anyone. I wouldn't trust my reads right now anyway

Bodog NL100

SB 23.00
BB 103.00
UTG 317.00
A 99.00
B 99.00
Villain #1 138.00
Villain #2 111.00
C 149.00
Hero (button) 75.00

Hero is dealt J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]

SB posts 0.50
BB posts 1.00
UTG raises to 4.00
2 folds
Villain #1 calls 4.00
Villain #2 calls 4.00
CO folds.
Hero (button) calls 4.00
SB folds
BB folds

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]. Pot is 17.50

UTG checks
Villain #1 checks
Villain #2 bets 10.00
Hero calls 10.00 (raise instead?)
UTG folds
Villain #1 raises to 40.75
Villain #2 raises all-in to 97.00

Hero ??? (61.00 all-in to call)

Main pot (that I can win) is currently $139, will be $169 if Villain #1 calls another $56.

At about 2.3-1 pot odds (or 2.8-1 if second villain calls) I pretty much have to call here, right? Even facing a made straight, I win 1 time in 3. Worst cases would be if I am looking at a slowplayed AA or KK for a higher set, or a combination of a made straight and an ace-king (killing my full house cards).

Does your answer change if I have the other players covered and now need to call $87 to win a pot of $165, (or possibly $124 to win $258 if the villain behind me pushes)?

I'm surprised at the CC PF, i'd 3bet it there.

I would also raise the flop the first time it comes around. As played i really think you are not up against a greater set much of the time, so you're looking cool to boat up should someone have a straight (not totally likely) or flush along the way.
