Default Flopped set becomes low flush

Nothing exciting about this hand, decided to play slow since I had to 2 flush cards to take away from villain's outs. After folding river, I began to think his psb was steal attempt following weakish (probe?) turn bet. Any thoughts?

Raise the flop and the hand plays easier IMO.

1. Pre-flop dont open-limp. Open-limping is bad. Raise or fold, in this case prolly raise.

2. Raising the flop is a very good idea here. You have the nuts (barring some amazing draw which is the villain is highly unlikely to have), and you should genearlly raise when your ahead in small-stakes PLO.

3. As played im OK with a fold, I think we see a big flush most of the time here on the river.

1, yes i definatly agree thats raising this hand from the cutoff is the right play 6 handed, or folding. If i was playing this hand 10 times at an average 6 handed table i would probably raise 6 times, fold 3 times and limp the once for variety

2, you have to raise this flop - again the addage dont go broke in an unraised pot applies here. you have the nuts at this point, but no amount of flashy, trappy plays is going to get him to commit all his money uness he has a monster draw here

3, yeah 4 times out of 5 you will be out flushed - dont try to get clever thinking you are capable of picking the 1 time someone is bluffing, just fold and get on with the next hand!

Good fold, he had you beat. Calling the flop is fine if your opponent will fire at you again should a blank hit. If you think he will check call the turn then raise the flop.
