I'm dating this cute little Asian chick who just split up with her jackass husband and has 3 kids (2yo, 10yo and 16 yo(!). Husband is a degenerate gambler and she/he haven't even spoken to each other in about a year. She's 33 yo, DAMN cute and one of the nicest women I have ever been with. Yeah, we've slept together already.

She's leaving him next week and will have her own place. The kids will be staying with him, for now. They may be with her eventually....."It's up to the kids who they want to stay with."

The physical thing is not an issue at all. I think she's "damn cute" instead of "f*ck me! hot", most of my budies think she's "hot". Nice bod, face, and poon. These 2 sentences make no sense.
There is no way she could be living in the same house and not have spoken to him in a year.

I see MANY troubles ahead for you, my friend, if you even consider going this route.

This definitely sounds like trouble. I'll bet she is a little fobby as well, making this all the more difficult/awkward.

EDIT: Also since this is BBV4Life, there is probably a good 60% chance that you are also a degen gambler.
