Neteller Still holding onto funds?

Hi, I attempted to make a withdrawl from neteller on 1-16
and like some other people posted, it went from "Approved" Status to Pending which it still remains.

I was wondering, has ANYONE gotten any money from neteller yet? Are they still holding onto everyones withdrawls made from the 16th on? And what are we supposed to do about it? Continue to hope that eventually it goes through?

Made withdrawel of 3,2K on the 21st still hasnt arrived and i live in europe

My brother called them and they said it was guaranteed, but not when it was coming. He also tried to take money out a 5k transfer on the 21st on Jan.

I still have 2250 in there that is just sitting, I hope this clears up in a reasonable amount of time.

Can any1 post a link to a thread that has some real discussion about all this stuff with some posts from a few people who know what they are talking about?

I withdrew 1k from neteller and it arrived on my bank account within 3 days. Germany here.

I tried to wd $100 on Jan-18 and no check yet. When I called Neteller on the 20th, a rep said it would take 4-6 weeks for me to get my money, so I still have to wait at least a month.

I have not played online in two weeks!!!

I am from the USA(of China) and just wanted to add that I received an email from Neteller today telling me they weren't able to withdraw my funds anymore.

Awesome that they would do this only a little over 2 weeks after the problem started. This alone shows either their management is ungodly inept (not likely) or they have chosen to take the road of deception towards their american patrons (obviously.

How this will reflect on their nonamerican patrons is pretty hard to tell as we dont have any extensive polls going to show any results.

I have seen a posts from various countries reporting problems with withdrawals, and these were not in US dollars.

Read up on some swedish forums, the ones i saw had withdrawn had recieved their money with some deleys.

I myself made a smaller withdrawel that was processed yesterday and been told funds will be in my bank account sometime by the end of next week. Hopefully it will go smoothly.

A question, funds that has been deposit into pokerrooms are they safe regardless what happens with NE. Pratical example, lets say i have around 10K at partypoker. If something would happen to NE (note that i am pretty sure everything will be fine, yes moving out of the us is of course a big blow but i would guess with the amount of money handled by NE every year, even though losing up to 70% it is still alot of money they will handle and will still be a profitable company, although not like before) But alright lets say you have 10K at partypoker and NE goes down. Would these money be "safe", ie could i just use alternatvie withdrawel option ( i can already withdraw to my visa from their) In reailty what i am asking is, when i make a deposit into a pokerroom is it then the pokerroom holding my money, or is it in some way still Neteller?
