Other players profit from my good play? That doesn't make sense for a game like poker.

This is one of the most atrocious ideas I have ever seen.
Ever. |

I haven't really had time to dissect the whole thing.
Obviously winning players get penalized. 1/2% of your winnings go towards the value of the stock. Obviously you get penalized more for playing higher stakes also. But if a ton of fish can use this deposit/withdrawal method and I can just keep on making my paper check withdrawals.... |

It also says:
"USPPINC anticipates offering shares at various levels to accomodate all styles of poker play. There will be a method, based on your demonstrated playing skill/ability to turn a profit, that will allow common player shares owners to advance to a Preferred Player stock level." Maybe this means that winning players won't be taxed quite as much? |

I think the idea is a little silly, however, it demonstrates that there will always be solutions as long as there is money to be made.
I think a more middle ground solution is a poker site (Absolute?), who has positioned themselves to very little, if any risk from the US. And the same for a new e-wallet. The current ones were all vulnerable, you can bet future ones will be bullet proof based on the new legislation. |

Especially if u.s. sites become tag infested, and dont attract eurodonks; it would be nice to play at whatever publicly traded london based site retains eurodonks and attracts all the asian new donks. |

If this or something like it works and takes off the company or whatever it is would be doing very well with rakeback.
