Default QQ vs. 2 pushes

$16/360 on Stars, BB is LAG, MP3 is solid TAG, neither have gotten too out of line from what I've seen.

What to do what to do...

PokerStars No-Limit Hold'em Tourney, Big Blind is t150 (9 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB (t6670)
UTG (t4230)
Hero (t8598)
MP1 (t545)
MP2 (t5815)
MP3 (t6070)
CO (t4565)
Button (t1425)
SB (t11065)

Preflop: Hero is UTG+1 with Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to t450</font>, <font color="#666666">2 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP3 raises to t6070</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, <font color="#CC3333">BB raises to t6670</font>, Hero ???.

*yawn*

All in.

I am not too worried about MP3 as most people want to get paid with their AA/KK and won't overbet like this. BB could very well be looking at the same thing when he calls with his TT/JJ but regardles, BBs call not closing the action is somewhat scary.

If you stove their ranges you are probably 37%-43% to win this pot; easily enough to make the all in worthwhile at this stage in the tournament. I would call with AK here but would fold AQ. I would probably also call with JJ but I would definitely fold TT.

Yeah, I'm moving in here. I won't be happy as I'll likely be behind, but I do it.

From the BB point of view an UTG raise has been reraised for vitually all of my chips I have 150 invested, the list of hands I call with is very short and 2 of them have you beat. You are not short you can throw it away and you will be right a little bit more often than you will be wrong

I initially posted this in the wrong thread

I stoved the ranges with MP1 having 66+/AQ+ and CO having 99+/AK and QQ has 40.75% equity. I think QQ's equity is actually larger than this because MP1's range should be weighted heavily toward 99-QQ/AQ/AK but I cna not weight ranges with pokerstove.

Against these same ranges JJ has 34% equity but if the ranges were weighted this would go up slightly. I would call here because getting a slight edge and a chance at 21k in chips would be well worth it to me at this stage in the tournament.

AK is actually slightly -cEV at 30% equity and the dead money pulls this up to a very slightly -cEV call. In the future I will probably fold in the hero's spot if I have AK.

That said, QQ is an easy push.

I would fold JJ here so quick your head would spin. QQ is probably worth a call, but I actually think it's pretty borderline. I wouldn't fault anyone for folding here

What will the bb do against a HUGE raise against an ep raiser?

I think this is a very interesting question to ponder. It is not an isolation play, (as by his stack, he is basically only calling), and he obviously cant fold out the second all in raiser.

What hand ranges would YOU do what bb has done? Personally, i would do it with AA, KK, QQ and possibly AK. If we put the mp1 on ak (thinking he would only raise to 1500 with AA/AK), then i can see a call with jj, TT maybe. If we have ak, and the mp3 has ak, then we are basically gambling to split up the ep raisers money and the blind money (assuming he folds). If he calls with a pair, and we both have ak, he is a massive favourite with his underpair.

If i had seen any retard fish play from either, I would call, else I would lean towards (reluctantly) folding

I'd fold, you still got a nice stack...BB would have to have been way out of line in the past for me to call.

Only 2 hands you don't want to see (AA/KK) and a cointoss w/AK... Push it if you feel like gambling.

I'd say that there is a good chance that one of them is AK so you are probably going in 50/50 with a call.
