Default 3/6 - Weird Hand AQ in BB

UTG and I have been going at it for a while at this point. He's pretty much a maniac and we have been in multiple reraised pots together. He can have a pretty wide range here as he called my reraise with 87o earlier. I know nothing about CO. It's literally his 3rd hand on the table. What do I do?

Also, on a side note, I was wondering if a flop aggression factor of 6 is way too high?

How good/bad is shoving given OP's range on UTG?

Why? CO has shown incredible strength here -- he calls a raise, and then after a 3-bet and call behind, he 4-bets. I assume anyone but a complete maniac (and maybe including a complete maniac) has AA-KK here. Even if his range were wider, there's not much that puts AQo in anything better than a coin-flip situation.

Anyhow, I fold this all day long. What am I missing? Thanks.
