I've done this in the past, got some very interesting guesses.

Rules:
1. Look at the picture and analyze the situation:
-Who are they?
-Anything in particular stands out?
-Location?
-Situation?

Adam's apple ftw? The waitress is the same person as the male to the left, or perhaps a twin brother.

It is in in 1940's germany, notice the man in background with ww2 german uniform.

it looks to me like the guys glasses have the ear piece attaching at the top of the lens and the woman's attaches at the middle
