Hi,
did I bet too much on the flop ? Answere this under the aspect, to make more money, but dont give a free card (Played in the last to weeks two big hands slow - and lost at the River against a low street or runner, runner flush. So I don't want to give a card any more for free!!!) You reraised too little preflop. Theres been a raise, a reraise, and a cold call...And you just about double the bet. This is horrible. Make it at least 1.2.
And no, your flop bet wasnt too big. |

No way - in my opinion you bet too little, make $1.80 at least. Also, your pre-flop re-raise was too small -make it at least $1.
This happens with AA sometimes/a lot. AA unimproved generally wins you small pots unless someone else has a big pair. |

As played, i think the $1.5 bet on the flop is fine.
I would make it at least $1 to go, PF, though. Don't want to give him a cheap shot at making a set. |

[/ QUOTE ] This makes the whole hand so much easier. With a third of your stack in you've already made money and if you get outdrawn they made a bad call preflop call. Flop looks fine. But not reraising a decent amount pre is quite a costly mistake without very good reason. You may have got allin for stacks pre here (BIG winner), and even if you didn't that's a nice big pot to take down without a fight. Get nearly half your stack in pre and bet flop/call any flop bet. You can't go wrong. |
