Villain is a TAG (16/10/2.4) and has been known to raise my c-bets. What's my flop play?

does he often play big pots with one pair? does he c/r draws often? is he extremely frustrated with you/your aggression? shove if you answer yes to one of those ... but usually fold...

If your read means there is a good chance he does not have what most 16/10s do in this spot then AI is the correct play. If you are not confident in this read this is a fold.

I fold here unless you are uber-confident that he's making a play on your cbet. You beat nothing but air and JJ. My first inclination here was to muck and move on.

Thanks for input everyone. I went AI, he called w/ a flopped a set of 4's.
Christmas miracle spiked me a Q on the turn, but that doesn't mean I was happy with my play. Is there any value in calling and re-evaluating on turn? |

He is not shoving any turncard, thats for sure. Calling and reevaluating is waaay better than pushing the flop.
