Default Heads Up blinds/stack size for different freeze out game

I am thinking to set up something like Daniel N. does: Heads up challenge freezeout in individual HORSE type games (with a few less zeros at the end, of course.) It will be cash game style (i.e., blinds stay the same):

LH
PLHE
NLHE
PLO High
O8
7CS
7CS8

Any suggestions on the chip stack size and the blinds or antes for the freezeout so the game will last somewhere between 2 to 4 hours? I would assume there will be a different amount for limit, pot limit and no limit.

My guess on the stack size for each player:

HE or Omaho

For limit high only, 150 times the big blind, or 75 times the higher limit (e.g. blinds 1/2, 2/4 limit, each player will start with 300 chips)
For limit split, 100 times the big blind
For pot limit, 200 times the big blind
For no limit, 300 times the big blind

Stud

For high only, 75 times the higher limit (e.g., ante 1, force bring in 3, limit 10/20, each player will start with 1500)

For H/L split, 50 times the higher limit
