New Poker Chip Set (Advice pls)

I was thinking about taking advantage of PSO's offer for a free set of 500 Desert Sands chips and I was wondering what would be a good breakdown of the denominations. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

I'm thinking of probably playing a 6-10 player .25/.5 NL game or maybe even up to .5/1. Thanks
