I am playing 2 tables of 7 card stud 7 handed I am dealt split 4's on both with a T kicker and one of the other players has a 4 as a door card. Has anyone got any idea about how to calculate the odds ?

There are 24 ways to get 4's with a T kicker out of 22,100 starting 7-card stud hands. 2 times out of 3 the 4's will be split. 23% of the time one, at least one of the other players will show a 4. Overall, this happens 1 time in 5,950.
It doesn't count as unusual when it happened on one hand, there's nothing remarkable about that. There is 1 chance in 5,950 the second hand will match the first. |
