How to change your title

See subject... I have seen people with barely any posts and they have unique titels (not addict, poobah, etc.). How is this done?

do something that a mod finds funny/sutpid/interesting etc. and they can change it whenever they please. or become bff with a mod and i guess that works too. or go win a POG game or something

or have a lot of posts and it changes on its own at certain post levels.
