It's not "given" to you up front. You need to clear the pre-requisite number of points for the bonus. Bonus releaes in $20 increments.

As a side note.
I started this bonus, cashed out when i realized id make more at party. Friend wanted to hop on it, he transferred money from his FTP account to mine and is unlocking. Didn't think they'd be this dumb. WILL
