Default Texas Hold\'em Odds and Probabilities by Matthew Hilger

Browsing at the bookstore and ran across this today. I ran a few searches, but didn't find anything in the way of a review. Has anybody read this yet?

I just noticed this book on Amazon as well.
I really enjoyed ITH so I am tempted to buy it.

Anyone read this?
