Default Over Pair Against a Double Paired Board

Yuck I really hate this spot. Someone give me a good line here please. Utg is something like 65/5/.5 over something like 120ish hands. Btn is on the lagy side something like 37/20/1.5 but only over like 50 hands

i mean its the obvoius thinking, but KK AA could be out there, any T like JTs ATs etc.

and although unlikely any 4 beats you too.
So what are you beatting? JJ 99 88 club draw, etc.

I think its too unlikely that you have both your opponents beat.

they could easily both have overcards and called the flop trying to hit, but now when u bet and get raised and reraised, it looks like someone was slowplaying..
