Coca production in Columbia is up 8% from last year. This despite our government spending 4 billion dollars since 2000 on coca eradication efforts in Columbia.
There is now more coca produced in Columbia, than when our idiotic eradication efforts started in 2000. When will the madness end? My source for this is the Omaha World Herald. |
