I really misplayed these two hands. I'd like to hear some feedback on my line:
Full Tilt Poker : $10 + $1 Sit & Go (4449394), Blinds 60/120 - No Limit Hold'em 7 Players left Hero has 1,290 - in the big blind Villian has 2,405 - on the button Villian has played very solid; hasn't been out of line at all so far. *** HOLE CARDS *** Dealt to Hero [As Th] 4 players fold Villian raises to 240 SB folds Hero calls 120 Pot is 560 *** FLOP *** [Td 5c 2d] Hero checks Villian bets 360 Hero calls 360 Pot is 1,280 *** TURN *** [Td 5c 2d] [Kh] Hero checks Villian bets 840 Hero calls 690, and is all in The obvious mistake was either to fold or push on the flop. Calling was just stupid. I was thinking about villian's holdings and worried about an overpair. I called before looking at the pot, etc. What hand do you have villian on? How would you play this hand differently? HAND 2 Full Tilt Poker : $10 + $1 Sit & Go Blinds 20/40 - No Limit Hold'em 9 Players left Hero has 1,620 - UTG + 3 Villian has 1,550 - UTG + 4 It's still very early in the SNG. My only read is that Villian seemed tight. But it was still early. *** HOLE CARDS *** Dealt to Hero [Qs Qh] 3 players fold Hero raises to 120 Villian has 15 seconds left to act Villian raises to 240 4 players fold Hero calls 120 Pot is 540 *** FLOP *** [9h 5h 5d] Hero bets 340 Villian raises to 900 Hero ???? I gave serious thought to another pre-flop raise. But my read was AK and I was out of position. My plan was to just call and then bet the flop if it didn't have an A or K. What hand do you put Villian on? Do you fold the flop raise? How would you have played this hand? Thanks for the help. |

1. reraise all in on the flop.
2. go all in and don't worry if you see AA or KK. Bad players at this buyin do this with low pp all the time. |
