Number one is probably getting off, but Whodaman and i have decided that the second best feeling is when you REALLLY REALLY REALLY have to piss, but cannot for some reason, and are forced to hold it for a ridiculous amount of time. The first 4 seconds of pissing is probably the 2nd best feeling ever. So now you have our take on that.
