It went down like my prom date. Any one have experience getting money back for SNGs you can't finish cause the site crashes?

i'm really happy that i've been playing a MTT for the last 2 hours and will get my buy in back. What a great way to waste my time.

Anyone know what their refund on SNG tournies are? We were in the middle of it, and I was second in chips. I would have easily made top 3 to at least get my money back since we were down to 6 players, and 3 of them were severely short stacked.
