wtf?

yeah, life must be tough when ppl play terrible against you.

makes it real hard to "accumulate."

[/ QUOTE ]

yes it does make it hard to accumulate when you arent hitting, or you are carddead

i think ur points are really exaggerated. high stakes players dont respond to 4/180 hands anyways. kind of suprised to see this post from u tbh.

[/ QUOTE ]

hes right though

playing in the micros will make you want to kill yourself after long-term exposure to it, it doesnt help when youre extremely hard pressed to get help from the more knowledgable people of the forums. isnt the best way to learn to learn from someone who knows more? which is the current problem, being stuck in the micros, where it seriously does become a crapshoot depending on your cards since there is no way to accumulate, since they always call...makes it really tough to get out of

If you are having trouble playing against this type of player you are going to have major fits when moving up. To beat these players just sit back wait until you hit a hand and then play it fast. You should rarely be 'making plays' or trying to bluff them.

I'm not going to expand or comment anymore since I'd rather not derail this thread.

standard, you get all sorts of nosebleed stake players act like the micros are cake. maybe you should try some and i dont mean the 20/180s. they play in a way that makes it impossible. unless you enjoy shoving over limpers with crap every orbit.

except ive never "made a play" against these players, and i do exactly that. if it was that easy, would i still be in the micros?

Misclick,
No offense, but the micros are really easy to beat. I think you should be in favor of a split if you are "running bad" in the micros. Then you can be part of a forum that is completely dedicated to thrashing micro-limit players. I'm pretty sure I'd contribute there regularly (much more than I do now b/c I hate posting threads about basic concepts in such a wide-ranging forum).
