Thus, your casual modification of Goldin (obviously a Jewish name) to "Gold Digger" can reasonably be construed as an anti semitic slur.

I think, like most people, that aside from incredibly different names, we don't associate a last name with race. When I here Flannery I don't think of an Irishmen just like when I here Katzenberg I don't think of a Jew. The only names that trigger an association with race for me are Patel/Singh, Chang/Chan/Chin, and African names with lots of vowels.
