He was commenting on Brian's body language, saying that Brian was giving away the strength of his hands with it. Frankly considering the display of donkishness that Sammy was putting on at the time I seriously doubt whether Brian cares about his opinion but I'm not 100% sure that Sammy he was wrong in his observations.

I think it was almost the exact same situation as here, and maybe Annie Duke was the big blind he listed.
