I'm late getting back to the discussion, but you worked it out in the meantime.

The only thing I'm going to disagree with Nix about is a bet/fold if a non-[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] ace or king falls on the river. I'm check/folding to the same 3 cards he is, and check/calling anything else. That solves some of the problems against hands like A[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
