I'm sold. I'm buying this book for sure. I was thinking about it but the comments in here have sold me on it. Thanks for making the poker community that much better at PLO, Rolf

This could be said for almost any good book (Capeletti's Omaha hilo book or Ed Miller's small stakes limit holdem book).

Somewhat OT, but I'm not sure there is anything I could say about both Miller and Cappeletti's books. SSHE is possibly my favorite poker book of all time, while Cappeletti's Omaha Hi/Lo is the only poker book I have ever actually returned to the book store the day after I bought it.

It's not going to win book of the year, but if you can't find $20 worth of value in it you're not trying hard enough

Got it today. Read the first Chapter and half of the second one. All I can say is I'm pleased with what I've read so far.
There are no live PLO games were I'm located, I mostly play NLHM 300max.
I'm thinking the big stack and small stack strategies would work well for NLHM as well.
I know Rolf has DVD's for NLHM as well, I might have to check those out.

just put my order in, can't wait!

i like reuben's book, i think you would have to be a fairly hopeless poker player not to realize how aggressive he is and read it on that basis.... bottom line is there is more practical information about plo in there than any other book on market, hoping i won't be able to say that when my package comes

While I'm cool with Rolf's writing, I'd have to say that his name is cool, but his nickname is unoriginal and boring. :-D
