Rolf\'s PLO Book - anybody got it yet?
 

I saw on Rolf's website that the book should have hit the shelves by now.

Anybody got a copy yet?

i ordered my copy through amazon and am still waiting. their website lists a delivery estimate of oct 10 - oct 12, but i'm hoping it will arrive earlier.

I just got mine in today through conjelco. Upon first glance it looks like on hell of a book.

Yes – it’s really great. In my opinion it’s one of the best poker books ever written. Even if you are not interested in PLO (and if you aren’t – you probably will be after reading the book) it is very instructive on how a strong poker player approaches and thinks about big bet play. If you are the kind of player who wants to work at your game and think about your poker then this is an invaluable book. (I should point out that I am the publisher of the book, but this is not a puff piece – this is genuinely what I think).

Just cancelled my Amazon order and ordered it through Conjelco.

I am about 100 pages into it, looks pretty damn good so far.

I have book envy, hurry up Amazon. I am working on a theory that preordering through Amazon sucks. I will let you know how it goes.

Just ordered through professionalpoker.com via ebay.
Should get it by the weekend. Looking forward to it.

Question for those who have it or Rolf:
How applicable are the strategies to on-line PLO. My casino dosn't offer live PLO(although I try to generate interest).

I'll be playing exculsively on-line.
And will it be applicable to tournament play as well.
