Addai against jacksonville? LOL. Berrian. [/ QUOTE ] OK, the Jags D was lights out on Monday; does that mean the Bears on the road against a pretty good defense are likely to score more points than the Colts? WTF; seems like a pretty easy start for the RB to me. |

WTF; seems like a pretty easy start for the RB to me. [/ QUOTE ] Minnesota has a good defense? We don't know that. The two teams they have played are totally clueless on offense. Also, the Colts can score points, but that doesn't mean Addai is going to get them. The Colts ground game is pathetic right now. If Pittsburgh coulden't run the ball against Jacksonville, there is NO reason to suspect the Colts will be able to run the ball at all this week. |

All right, with Larry Johnson having a bye this week, I have some tough decisions at RB - I picked up Gado hoping he turns in a big week so I can trade him, but I think the question is really between Jacobs and Bell.

[/ QUOTE ] Some of you guys are really stretching the definition of "tough" with these questions. Bell is likely to get close to three times as many touches as Jacobs is. Jacobs does get his share of goal-line carries, but in most leagues, starting a guy just on the chance he gets a short-yardage TD is a last resort. Bell is the clear choice. -McGee |

[ QUOTE ] Ahman green at detroit or chester taylor vs bears? league rewards carries, and receptions only matter if they have above 5 in the game [/ QUOTE ] Green. WTF kind of league rewards carries though? [/ QUOTE ] Green might get 20 carries, taylor will get 30+. In a league that gives points for carries, I go with chesty. |

Also a player has to rush for 120 yards to equal 1 TD in this league. |

[/ QUOTE ] My God - the Vikings got into the playoff hunt last year with defense and won nearly all of their games because of it. Jacksonville shut down Pittsburgh, which was impressive, but it doesn't count triple just because it was Monday night and everyone saw it. They did get scored on by Julias Jones a week prior. |

Help me out. B. Johnson against Bears or pick up Frye against Baltimore. Pretty much screwed either way.
