I think if you are serious, you are better off getting whitenting trays from your dentis and then buy the gel online. I have found cheap gel online, and the stuff works much better than the strips.

This works pretty good, also the bleaching trays made by a dentist and the stuff they give you will show better improvement that crest white strips...the whitestrips do however work.

Crest White Strips worked for me as well. They are a pain in the ass though.
